Ask4Help is a marketplace platform that connects customers who need household services with contractors who provide those services. We facilitate the connection between parties but are not a party to any service agreement between customers and contractors.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate descriptions of the work needed.
• Respond to bids and communications in a timely manner.
• Pay agreed-upon amounts for completed work.
• Treat contractors with respect and professionalism.

5. Contractor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience.
• Submit honest and competitive bids.
• Complete agreed-upon work to a professional standard.
• Maintain appropriate insurance and licenses as required by law.
• Communicate any additional costs before incurring them.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Upload malicious content or spam.

7. Payments

All payments for services are processed through the Ask4Help platform. Customers agree to pay the full amount upon completion of work, including any pre-approved additional costs. Payment disputes should be reported to our support team.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings after completed transactions. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ask4Help is a platform connecting customers and contractors. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed, and we are not liable for any damages arising from services provided through the platform. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
